Director's Biography
Pawel Pawlikowski was born in Warsaw and has been based in the United Kingdom since 1977. He has directed several accalimed documentaries for the BBC, including Vaclav Havel (89), Dostoevsky’s Travels (92) and Tripping with Zhirinovsky (95). He has written and directed the features The Stringer (98), Twockers (98), The Last Resort (00), My Summer of Love (04), which screened at the Festival, and The Woman in the Fifth (11).
