The May Film Tour is an annual national event, which takes place to co-incide with the Bealtaine Festival in May.
The Film Tour is organised jointly by access>CINEMA and the Irish Film Institute, and features a programme of curated films specially selected with older audiences in mind.
Screenings as part of the May Film Tour take place nationally throughout Ireland in many different locations and venues.
In 2018 the Film Tour features 3 film titles: the biopic Sully starring Tom Hanks, the classic film Guess Who’s Coming to Dinner and the uplifting Irish documentary Ballymun Lullaby.
The official launch of this year’s May Film Tour will take place at the Irish Film Institute on Friday, May 4th at 11am.
